Console Telkom IoT
Telkom IoT is one of Telkom Indonesia's business units under Telkom Corporate University that focuses on the IoT sector and IoT learning and implementation. In this project I redesigned the existing dashboard, and there was some feedback from users that also became material for redesigning.

The brief
After 1 year of being live, the Telkom IoT Console has collected a lot of feedback from its users. From all the feedback that has been obtained, finally there are several usability problems that often occur and are often felt by users directly, even to the point of becoming a pain for them.
This is the basis for why the IoT Console Dashboard was redesigned. From the many redundant things, to the information architecture that is not arranged and managed properly.
Feedback & Research
From previous IoT Console users, I got some important insights. Like in the add device flow, the form that needs to be filled is too intimidating. Therefore, we try to adjust the wireframe that we already have. Plus, we try to define the information architecture and also the sitemap of the website.
Result
After several meet (and also coffee), I present this design to the engineering team. Several developments have been made. I changed the top navigation bar so that all navigation can be more easily reached. In addition, I saw that the project card lacked a clear hierarchy. Therefore, in terms of components, it was made as a long card so that all information could be conveyed properly.
Lesson learned
From this project, I learned a lot about how to deal with a team of engineers whose communication style may be very different. In addition, my understanding of IoT from previous projects has proven a lot and
